In my case, a 2009 MCSa with the exact same configuration as my 2008 comes out to $750 more.

 

Interesting, they no longer have wheel colour as a separate option, now there' s one choice of white (bridge spoke 16" or crown spoke 17") and the rest are silver only.

Also the convenience package no longer comes with the arm rest (you can add it for $500), I might consider that now.

 

The major mods I expect are software update, bonnet scoop not melting and cold start issue repaired.......................................... ..........

 

LOL, can relate to the OP's situation, I pickup my new 08 MCS tomorrow and am certainly tempted to get a MY09. Not worth it IO, plus my property (excise) taxes will be less as the car is already a year "old".

 

I looked at my configuration again for the 08 (which is now in Charleston) and 09 and the first thing I noticed is the base price for the S has gone from $21,200 to $21,950. A $750.00 increase just in the base price.
