D w/out Sport has no hesitation

Well...I just got my car back from Mini of Concord...and they did a free inspection on my car as a courtesy. They must have done some software update too as I accidentally drove the car in regular D and had no hesitation when I accelerated I never drive in regular D, only in D manual shift.

Anyone know if MINI updated the software for this? Although this wouldn't surprise me as I'm sure plenty of people complained about it on their first service.

Did you have the Sport button turned on at the time? It will change the shift points in the auto trans.

Nope S was off...but I drove Winston again...and I'm thinking they made some adjustments because my brake pedal is also more sensitive again. Not sure what they did...Maybe adjusted the throttle travel???

In any case...regular D drives so much better.
