Reminds me of a movie quote:

Morticia: Not anymore ...

I took a little look at that bmw forum he mentioned. Quite a lot of bickering going on over there. Birds of a feather?

It's too bad that someone sold him the mcs - someone out there might get the idea that he's representative of the MINI crowd :-) Perhaps they should implement a personality profile before allowing purchase? Ah, I can see it now - a commercial from turned-down MINI buyers ... but they are "welcomed by BMW" ...

Maybe he's talking about his classic Mini truck.

Hehe.

e90post.com has a bit of a reputation for being less civilized and full of badge-******. Judge, I do not, for I have not spent enough time on e90post; that's just what i've heard.

Anyway, there are many at bimmerfest.com that represent the BMW and MINI owner well.

I'm sorry - I love my Mini and I would buy another in a minute - This forum is easy going "what did you name your Mini" - E90 post is concerned with oil temps. - The Mini can ride better and still handle well - It is not a matter of money - I did not intend to offend

We may not be concerned with oil temps, as few of us have any way to read them, but we are obsessed with what kind of oil to use and when to change it.

As far as the suspension goes, lots of folks here are modding theirs. Lowering seems to be quite popular, but some of that is just for looks. Others are putting in new springs or coilovers, sway bars, adjustable shocks, various bars, messing with camber, etc.

Glad to hear that. It's actually a great community here and you'd be missing out if you left.
