Are there any good tire options for replacing the stock 175/65 R15 that come on the 15" rotator spokes? I haven't found too many optional replacements for that size and I would prefer to keep the stock rims. Thanks. Greg

 

I have 2 MC with stock 15" rims. You can use a 195/60/15 or a 185/60/15 as replacement. The former slightly larger diameter and the later slightly smaller, both 20mm and 10mm wider tread. Has worked well with my minis. Go to Tire Rack and look at the specs. for a particular tire of interest. Good selection compared to the 175/65/15. Good luck.

Perhaps the larger diameter tires will improve on the speedometer accuracy, which on our car which reads over by 3-4 MPH at speeds between 30 & 70MPH. I'll be looking for a change when the original tires wear out.

 

I switched to 195/60/15 Bridgestone Potenzas. Very nice tires and good ride.
