R56 Headlight Washer? Can It Be Killed?

Use DRLs
I'm not too crazy about the xenon washers though its more because I don't have much need for it here in northern california.
I have the DRLs on in my MCS and when the headlighlight switch is in the "off" position (which translates to no instrument panel lights, no fogs, and no high beams, but all other exterior lights are on) the headlight washers do NOT kick in when washing the windshield.
So to have lights on but no xenon wash turn on DRLs but turn off the lightswitch.
