Mirror caps ... what fits?

Can't find any info in this, so apologies if it's already been posted.
I somehow lost my driver's side mirror cap while motoring around today.

Are the caps from R53's and R56's interchangeable?

Nope, they are distinctly different shapes.

If one somehow popped off, you might see if the dealer would replace it under warranty. They're pretty sturdy.
