R56 Mini Miles
Mini Miles
Did anybody sign up for that mini miles credit card thing?
How does it work?
Is it like airline miles where you don't ever see anything from it?
(I mean to the casual flyer not somebody that flys for business)

Yes...
Earn one point for every dollar spent (worst-case scenario)
MINI Motoring Points can be redeemed in $50 increments. 5,000 MINI Motoring Points equals $50 in MINI Motoring Rewards.
5000 points = $50 off
or
100points = $1 off
So $5000 off * 100 points /$1 = $500,000 spent.
If you spend $2500/ mo (with out the double points) every month of the year, for 16 2/3yrs,
you'll have saved up enough to get your $5K off.
I'll take my free flights once every year thank you.

Yeah, the key words there are "up to"
I looked into this one, and the only plus for me was that I could get my car on my card.
I would much rather have a low interest card that gives me cash back than a low intro offer with discounts on stuff that I wouldn't pay MSRP for to begin with. You could probably get better deals on accessories just by buying from a vendor like OutMotoring or Classic MINI
