Break paddle to hard to press down
It's the 3rd time my 07 mcsa's break paddle become so hard to press down to start after I came back from a week of business trip. Has anyone experience that?

It sounds like you are up the creek with a broken oar.
Sorry! I haven't seen/heard of this problem before.
How long does the symptom last?
