Yesterday, according to the owner's lounge, my Mini was scheduled for production. When I logged on today it said my Mini was built and was awaiting the long boat ride to the US.

Groovy.

I'm really looking forward to it arriving and getting to trade in the '96 Corolla I've been driving for 10+ years.

 

Glad to hear that your new Mini is making its way home. Did you order a MC or MCS to replace your 96' Corolla? Either way, I am sure it will be love at first sight.

 

I ordered a Lightning Blue with white roof and mirror caps Mini Cooper. The Corolla was a great car but it's time to move on.

Mentally I'm telling myself it'll take another month to get here so if it's faster it'll be a pleasant surprise.

 

mine took 5 weeks and six days to get here (i'm on the east coast) and i was able to pick it up the next day. that made it 6 weeks on the day from ordering it to picking it up.

the OL is slow at up dating so make sure to call 1.866.ask.mini for the more up to date information. are you one the east or west coast or in the middle somewhere?

congrats on the order! you're going to love it!

 

I live in Louisiana so I'm just about smack dab in the middle of the country. That should add some additional time I'm sure.
