I'd leave the moldings black because I think it gives the overall car a needed contrast. Painting the grill the body color is subtle yet nice; painting most everything the body color would overpower it all. Let us know what you decide...

I don't like the chrome either, I'm in the process of blacking out all of the chrome on my CR/B 07 MCS. Someone suggested you try a black and white checkered grill and mirrors, that might look good. Don't ya just love our little cars? They are all truly unique!!
