Can I Tow 4 on the ground w autotrans?
I am contemplating purchasing a 2007 Mini and would like to tow it with my RV around town and some times for longer hauls. Are there any issues to be concerned with? I could run the engine if it would keep the trans cool.

The transmission is not designed to allow towing. Running the car while towing would just overheat and ruin the engine.
I just towed both of our MINIs cross country with a tow dolly. Two trips. The dolly would be cheaper than fitting a tow bar to the MINI, as it would have to be custom made.
