today, my girlfriend pointed out to me that theres a stain/scratch on my A/C **** (the one that controls where the air goes). so i look closely at it and realized that there was a protective rubber film on it and the center was peel off or gone. so my bright mind figured it was just one of those new protect films that you're suppose to take off so i start rubbing and peeling it off. When the film started to not come off, i realized i should check the texture of the other *****, the A/C power and Temp. i discovered that they should have this rubber feeling/layer to it so it has more friction when being used. so the center **** had a chunk of this missing which i didn't realize.

the car is exactly a week old, will the dealer replace this ****? how should i go about describing and showing this to the dealer because it is clear and not exactly noticeable.
