Control module question

What control module controls the airbag and error light?
The seatbelt and this air bag are both on the speedometer even though the seat is empty.
I have bought and installed the bypass under the seat. It is still coming on.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Short story... not trying to Steal this post but it is fresh, But does anyone know if i grab a DME from a similar clubman S can i plug and play it? or does it have to be programed to the car?

long story?
I have a signal wire on coil pack # 3 that has continuity going to the DME but the DME is not sending out a signal. to fire up the coil. thus i have a dead cylinder on #3
