Afternoon all.

Pretty new to the Mini scene and learning a lot, I'm fortunate enough to work for an awesome company that allows me to see all types of performance everything. But seeing the capabilities of Mini's has been pretty awesome.
I currently own a 2011 Base Clubman with the option to buy a JCW smashed but rotating assembly all work from Engine to brakes. The JCW is a 2010. My question is would this be a viable purchase and swap to do?
