Help with 2008 Clubman S/JCW

Hello everyone. I recently test drove a 2010 Clubman S at my local Car max and loved it. But I feel that it was over priced. So I have been looking around for other dealers. I Found this gem online: https://www.catoctinautomotivegroup....lubman/p72219/

I don't think the JCW was available until after 2009. It looks like there are some addons that attempt to make it look like a JCW. I think the price is a bit high, but the mileage is really low. If I could get it for around $7000, would that be a good deal?

FYSA I'm too tall for the cooper and this car is meant to be a fun commuter! I live in Northern VA. Thank you for any help you can offer!

Heads up - that's not a JCW. Check the VIN in the Tools section of this forum.

I wrote this before I checked the VIN-

My Clubman JCW was made in June 2008, and I'm pretty sure that they had 2008 versions. That particular car has one of the aero packages - I get confused between them - which does not have the mock vents at the rear of the rocker panel, which is one of my favorites. I like the interior colors. That steering wheel appears to be from a GP2, which is really nice to have. The gauges are nice - esp the coolant temp. I like the shift ****. Not a fan of the extra badges on the boot.
