2011 Mini Cooper Clubman N16 Engine came up with this code while check wife's driveability complaint of surge/hesitation. using the Carly BMW/Mini aap and reader. 002FD6 "From manifold Pressure Fault Diagnosis /EWS 3.3 EWS-DME-Interface Interface EWS-DME interface.

Taking it to dealer next week this doesn't set check engine lite it just showed in the scan when I noticed the hesitation/surge thing my wife complained about when I filled up this morning. Did the scan with Carly App and WIFI adaptor. I l think this has sowed up before and I took it in will look it up on invoice and see if I can find it. If anyone know what the code is please advise.

Did you clear the code to see if it comes back and isn't just an old stored code?

 

It's a new code as I check every once in awhile I had this code about a year ago and the found a relay missing and replaced it So now the same codes back but different definition. So just try to find out what it is for my own curiosity. I trust the dealer so I am a old school mechanic and don't understand the error message in the new cars.
