2009 clubman s apx 92000 miles
when the weather started to be come cold in Socal
my car is having a hard time to start, it just cranks but does not start
need to do the same process and wait for 5 mins for the engine to start running
just replaced the valve cover (indi mechanic) & and the HPFP was replaced by the Dealer.(11/06/15) because its covered by the 10yrs 100K warranty
but i am still having the same problems, CAR wont start, just crank, wait for 5 mins then the car starts,
tried the seafoam method & cleaned my plugs

Please Check the pics i got this codes and dont know what to do,
dont want to spend $$$ to the sealership!

i dont have the codes for the fuel rail pressure at start up, i just ask a favor from an indie shop to check my system, and the only codes he showed, i took a picture

the dealer wants me to pay 175.00 diagnosis fee,
since they did not make any $$$ when they replaced the HPFP, i did talk to the SA or
***-A regarding the same symptoms, he told me i have to bring it in & pay $$$
told him you guys should check the whole system, not just replacing the warrantied part....
The dealer does make money when they do the HPFP replacement: it is an emission replacement the MINIUSA pays them for. Warranty repairs are not a loss to the dealer, they do make money on them.
Establishing a good relationship with both a dealer and an indie gives you flexibility and choices. If the car ran "okay" before the pump replacement then the work done may have caused a new problem. Talk to your service advisor about that possibility that, if found to be their fault, there should be N/C
Can you get a reading from low pressure side, how much fuel pressure do you get in bar?
