I had that same problem a while ago, mine ended up just being a service light that my oil needed changed because the last person that had it didnt know how to reset it apparently because it said I was 22,000 overdue (hopefully they didnt let it get that bad) but try putting the key in, and holding both the odometer reset and the brightness button down at the same time until the car does a complete system check. Then you will be able to scroll through and find what it is that is causing that light. Good luck!

You can check what code the car is giving out, and search for that code to see whats wrong. I have the same light on my countryman lit up right now, i looked at the code and it was the brakepad wear sensor that malfunctioned, i know my pads are fine so i just ignore for now until i change the sensor.

to check the code go to Set-Info / Check-Info and hold down the stalk button for 10 seconds, should show you the code thats causing it.

I had same light come on shortly after getting new brakes and sensors. Took it back to shop and they found a shorted wire and replaced wire and sensor
