We bought our 2012 CooperS new. I've never had to take it in except for the scheduled maintenance. Before the warranty runs out I want them to fix a rattle coming from the roof near the sunroof area. Has anyone else had success in having the dealer fix this?

Is the rollout sun shade open or closed?

My rear shade rattles when rolled in.

It rattles if the rollout sunshade is open or closed. The rear does not rattle.
