My rear speakers have red/white and brown wires on left rear speaker and red/white and brown/white on right side.
Does anyone know if the reds or the browns are the positive wires?

My bentley doesn't specify.

The reds would be positive. By convention, MINI/BMW use brown coloring for ground throughout the car.
