I've got the track bug after going with my friends. What is the most effective set-up on a limited budget? Yes, I have a 22mm sway bar, but I'm referring to shock/spring/coilover route.

Are r56 springs ok to use on a r55?

 

Go with BC racing BR series Coils overs. $995 and you can get custom spring rates for the R55. I went with 10K 10K but that is on the extreme side. I think the BC;s come with 8K Front anf 6k Rear you could probably be good with 8K 8K
