Get it! The kit that I got from ECS Tuning included all mounting hardware. I did run into a little problem on my installation though. For some reason the lower engine mount bracket on my 2013 Clubman S extended low enough to bump into the pan causing it to not fit correctly. I had to cut out a 0.5" x 2" hole for the bracket corner to poke through. Now it fits like a glove. Otherwise, all the holes line up perfectly for the speed screws.
