R55 exhaust opinions

Been saving up some money lately for an exhaust but I'm having trouble picking one. More than likely it'll be mated with an Evole De Cat dp(which are effin' awesomely loud) I've read that the Magnaflow drones bad and the Alta and NM have been discontinued, but what about the Borla or Quicksilver exhausts. Then of course there's always the JCW one. Just wanted to get some thoughts. And, while I'm asking question, what are the thoughts on the Evolve dp vs. the Akrapovic or Miltek dps?

Not true about the magnaflow...I don't know where you got your information but a few opinions are mostly from the older crowd who are sensitive to everything. If You obviously love loud exhausts, since you love the catless Evolve DP, then you'll love to mate it with a magnaflow custom exhaust.

If you want a very low cost system, just replace the center resonator with a straight pipe and leave the stock mufflers on it. It may give you the added sound you are looking for without breaking the bank.
