I received my Stage 1 Install kit from Morristown Mini on Friday, and looked inside and was surprised there was only one small piece of pipe. That seemed to be odd to me, but then I am new to Mini's and very new to modification. Do they reuse some of the existing exhaust pieces, or should there be more than this one small piece of pipe. I found ever thing else (tips, mufflers, CAI etc) but would think there should be more to this that what I have.

Any advice would be appreciated. I can not get in touch with Morristown until Tuesday and I am scheduled to have this installed on Wednesday. Again any help would be app recited

No one can teeel me if they use the parts from the old muffler or not? I guess I will call Morristown Mini and ask them on Tuesday and if iI have to cancel my appt/loaner car for wed, while I waait for them to ship me and missing parts. Bummer

Thanks onefish2. I had done searches thru NAm and Google, but never found anything. Perhaps I was using bad search words. I would have never had found this REALOEM.COM. Thanks for the info. It looks like my box is complete

The exhaust parts for the cubman Stage 1 kit are two mufflers, two tips, one resonator delete pipe(about 12"long), 4 clamps.
