I'd like to order a Clubman with a "full" painted areo kit. Unfortunately, It seems that all the pieces are painted "except" the top piece over the wheel (the arches). I read somewhere that the new JCW aero kits will now be completely painted. (http://www.motoringfile.com/2009/02/...-kit-revealed/)

Question 1a: Does anyone have the "official" answer to that?

Question 2: Can you order the "factory" painted aero kits to match the "accent color" of the car (roof/rear trim) and not the body color? Ex

 

I have a 2010 Clubman with a JCW aero Kit. I ordered the kit and it came painted. It ONLY came with the front bumper and grills and black grill trim, side skirts and rear bumper. Clubman JCW aero kits DO NOT come with painted arches as of yet.

You can order it one of two ways, painted or primed.

To answer your question #2, you can ONLY order them in the BODY color.

 

IIRC, the part number for the front arches is the same for the MCS and MCCS, but the rear arches are a different part number for the two models. So you would be able to get them primed in front, but would have to have a shop prime the rear arches.

Finally bit the bullet! Full Aero kit is in the paint shop... Stay tuned... But not just that. I also have for paint a pair of rear corner trim with reflectors delete. Next spring, it's going to look "sick"...

 

I can't wait to see it! You always have the best pics of your car. You need to make it to the dragon next year so you can get some shots of my car.
