I think I am going to remove the side stripes and possibly the orange pinstripes on the main vipers

Thoughts?

Got a bargain on eBay last weekend. Clear rear lights :D

So I got the chromed bulbs as well to totally detango
Before:

Not very nice Orange:

50/50:

Ohhhhh Clear :D

And the side indicators got chromed bulbs too


I moved onto the headlights next, the actual orange lense on these pop out

Im dead pleased with this

Also last week gave the car a good clean underneath and the arches etc

Loving the blue... MINI needs to go back to offering colors like that rather than the current crop of dreary colors.

Looks nicer without all the multicolored strips, IMHO......I like the more subtle touches you did with the lights.......well done!

BTW, where can I get a "Clubman Estate" badge here in the colonies?

I see that CLUBMAN ESTATE badge at Minispares in UK but it says it comes with fixing ferrules....how did you attach your badge....I would have thought you could use tape?

I cut the little fixing things off with a pair of plyers and used numberplate sticky tape to attach

hahahhahha I might! I just vinyled the hell out of the car and am having a 'cooling off period.' Need to regroup and than see what's next. HA
I have that Mini Cooper laurel vinyl you have, as well, but I haven't found a place for it. I may just sell it... LOVE it though.

Well thanks to my friend Andy he found me an S front bumper in Lightning blue just down to road too
Picked it up sunday morning and after a lot of faffing and broken arch clips which I need to replace now I got it on
Andy came down today and fitted the belt line kit too
Really pleased

Was out today and saw a big puddle :D
These were taken in the Titanic Quarter of Belfast near Harland and Wolff Ship Yard, not far away from where Titanic was built





Ive been messing about with them for a more olde worlde look
