I'm going to go have to research the tilt mod. I hadn't heard of that one before.

yeah what is this seat tilt mod all about? if you are trying to make the seat higher, why not just pump the seat higher, or do you want JUST the front to sit higher (as achieved) so you can "lean back" more?
