I've been researching various mud flap threads and was wondering if anyone has successfully installed factory mud flaps on a Clubbie with the Aero kit? Perhaps someone can tell me what prevents the factory flaps from fitting an Aero kit car?

I second this question . I would love to install mud flaps onto my MINI but I don't want to waste my money if the factory mud flaps won't fit over my aero kit.

 

the front mudflaps for the R55/6 do not fit the aero kit due to the moulding of the side skirt/mudflap. I've tried to modify the mudflaps to fit but unless you bond it on, you'll not be able to fix it. I've just ordered some R50 front mudflaps so i'll let you know how i get on with them next week.

 

Hi ClubsterUK, resurrecting this thread...because the power to do so was just sitting there... wanted to know if you were able to get those mudflaps on?

 

When all else fails. This is what I'll do when I finally break down and buy the kit my car should have come with.
