I drive from indy to cincy on mondays... normally less then two hours. This past week, Trying to take some fun back roads and found one i wanted... Well forgot how to get to it so i drove father south and west than I wanted to.

So I got to cincinnati five hours after i left Indianapolis. Didn't find the road i was looking for BUT found another one that was FUN to drive. Nothing like a winding, twisting, diving road you have never driven on in the dark. My brakes and transmission took a beating.
Can't wait to drive it again, just with more light.

Anyone else find themselves looking for alternate routes then the boring highways? (i know the answer already... lol)

Goin to Mardi Gras in my MINI in 1 1/2 weeks. Afterwards I will have 4 days to drive from NOLA back to Chicago. Plan on meandering along many back roads. Anybody wanna come along?

 

If you have some time to kill in southern indiana, take st rt 62/262 ( east/west route) between rising sun and madison. For Indiana, it's hilly and twisty. I just want to try it with more light. Near Cincinnati there are a few but i can't think of them. I bet none of them compare with the dragon... someday. sigh.
