R55 Color inserts available separately?

Color inserts available separately?
I'm talking about the inside color "inserts" (door handles and dash). They are red, blue or tan. Can I buy these separately and remove the gray/black ones I have in a clubby to put these?
You can get these. None of them are really hard to install but some of them can be very time consuming to do as you have to remove a bunch of stuff to get to the screws to get them off.
