R55 Noise from the front passenger area

Noise from the front passenger area
When I am idling, I get some sort of a pulley noise from the front passenger area. I can hear with the windows down, but if I put my ears to wheel well its loud and clear. It almost sounds like a belt issue but I am not sure. The reason I am asking this here is to know if I should goto the dealer or not. The closest dealer is located about 1h40m away.
