HTClubman and I went to AMVIV last weekend and had a great time. We meet a lot of great people there. We had Lyle from Vinyl Styles put Vinyl close in color to Pepper White on the gas cap, front grille chrome cover, headlight rings, gas cap. I have a few pictures of it, he also did the the beltline in black but I was waiting for him to do the beltline when I took the pictures. We also have TSW springs, H-Sport Control Arms, Sway bar, and WMW turbo heat shield installed, but I will leave that
for another post. The only problem now is HTClubman wants to get rid of the checker accessories we have and go with Grey Union Jack accessories.

 

I will take a picture of the beltline tomorrow. Unless I stare at the vinyl I like how it looks, I wish it was a perfect match but overall it gives me the clean lines I was hoping for.

 

nice, i like the color matched look. i've color matched my headlight rings and grill surround as well. really cleans up the car.

ps ~ if you want to get rid of the rear-view mirror cover, i'd be willing to take it off your hands. i have some ideas that i'd like to try with it. pm me if your interested...

 

I like what you did with the filler cap; I'd have traded you my pieces for the chrome one and you could have it painted to match...

 

Methinks HTClubman needs one of her very own!

 

Me thinks you missed the beltline. It's hard to tell, but I think it's still shiny chrome. Time for a blackout kit from Outmotoring!
