Front turn signal lights question

Is it easy (and possible) to wire in the front turn signal lights (the orange ones) so that they come on when the parking lights are on? - but still blink for the turn signals?...

No they are single fillement bulbs that are wired to the computer of the car and thus are not capable of what you are trying to do.

You will need a PWM for that setup

I know this is old but...There are Switchback LED's available that do just this. They light up white normally, then when the blinker is turned on they turn to amber.
