2" receiver hitch on Clubbie?

No I'm not planning on towing my boat w/it but I've been lending a neighbour my Yakima bike rack system for some time now and he's offered me a straight trade for his 3 bike Yakima 2" receiver rack.

A cursory search reveals this one http://www.outmotoring.com/mini-coop...l-trailer.html and the minifini (which I'm not really interested in)

Will this class I 1 1/4" receiver work w/an adapter or should I just wait for MINI to sort out the rack issues?

Edit - just realized that this is for the R53

I have the same requirement - even have the Yakima rack you mention...

MiniDoMore.Com has one in development and expects to be shipping in May/June timeframe... Theirs is a hidden hitch from what I can tell...

I'm waiting for their call - they said they'd contact me for pre-orders once development is finalized...
