R55 Pepper White Clubman Cooper S from Switzerland
Hi Sebastien, looks like you had a lot of fun. We just got our Clubman S a couple of weeks ago and I am getting used to driving a stick shift again. I grew up in Germany and learned to drive over there. Still breaking her in and had to drive 65 mph in a 70 mph zone. It's kind of hard when you know how fast this little car can go. But then again here in the States you can't ever drive it that fast anyways. Have you taken your Clubman to the German Autobahn yet?

Not yet... but probably in 2009... I want to go to the N'Ring...
But sorry I don't speak German... I live in the French speaking part of Switzerland

BTW, I don't speak French either, guess we better stick with English!

What's up seb
You know I love the front end on that clubman! I may in fact plaits-dip the front end of mine when it arrives. It's a great look!
[QUOTE=ftttubrgcm;2151668]It looks great. I'm sure most of us here in the US would give a portion of our body to motor around Switzerland in a Clubbman S.[/QUOTE
I mentioned this in our PM but my wife's family is Swiss on the German side and I always fantasizes about cycling there. I do a lot of road and fixed gear rid in the mountains and though we're probably going to get out there to switz next year, irony think she's going to let me bring one of the bikes. But I'll get a hold of one there if I have to. The alps call to me! That said, man, to travel with your mini somehow... When I was in France I was imagine getting around in my own mini instead of our rental car. Ha, auto tourism!
Anyway, nice shots, these latest track ones. In the almost four years I had my first gen MCS I never tracked it. My boss takes his 335i regularly. He even offered to pay for my track days for the into class but somehow I never managed to do it. I'm kicking myself now. I'll be tracking a clubman s, but I'd have liked to have done the first mini too, for comparison!
Cheers
