Well, I think it looks really sharp on your car. Also love the Union Jack rear view mirrow. Nice touch.

The seat covers came from Wet Okole. The idea came from NAMer mmatarella.

Here's mine... Just installed the JCW intake today. The "whine" at 4500 rpms sounds fantastic!

Thanks Mark. They're not covers, it's a custom interior. I ordered and took delivery of the car with leatherette interior and had the dealer send it out to a third party who does custom leather interiors. I wanted some uniqueness as the color of the leather interior I picked is a bit different than stock. I had them stitch the "S" on both front seats with black stitching on the seams all around. I've never seen an "S" stitched on the seats B4. They matched the red color perfectly. I also had them modify my driver seat some.

I think he might have broken the 90:10 rule!!!

We need to turn him over to the MINI-vert police.

Wow - very cool. The only reason I went with dark silver instead of BRG was I'd want to have a beige interior with the BRG and I didn't like the beige/black two tone seats that MINI provided.

One question - with all that custom work, why not do the rear headrests as well?

Good question. It was one I certainly thought about. In the end, I decided just as the folks at Mini Cooper must have thought that the black headrests in the rear blend in better with the cars lines and don't show a high/tall profile as would a light color. A light color would seem to give the mini a profile that I did not want. I liked the low bulldog look of the car. If you notice the front headrests are a tan color and blend in fine.

I see what you mean - and they do blend in well with the folded top. Nice job!

Yours is certainly the best-looking BRG I've seen.

Thanks Mark, it's been fun. They did work on the rear headrests as well, I just had them done in black leather instead of the leatherette.

Those are HRE 18" wheels with Michelin PS2 sports. They are 205/40/18 on a 18.5 inch width. Seems to be working great. I starte with Yokohama Parada sports in a 215/35/18 size. THey looked great but sucked as a tire!

18.5 inch width??? The tires would almost meet underneath the car!

(I know that was probably just a typo, but the mental image of a MINI with steamroller-sized tires got me laughing.
