Its part of the airbag and you would have to get a whole air bag unit. There used to be a person selling replica gel coated emblems. But I dont know if they are still doing that.

My R53 was starting but never go bad enough that I would use some contact cement. The stuff does work. If it was getting to be a PIA, I would make a wood/plastic shim to hold it out a little more, take a small model type brush and put some contact cement on the back of the emblem and the plastic/vinyl below. Do something so your horn cannot be activated and after 10 minutes (15 if you in higher humidity areas) then remove the wedge and press the emblem in. This should reseat the emblem.
