Can someone please let me know how to replace the sliding roof mechanism on a 2005 R52. I followed the youtube links (very useful) but my issue is the arm is broken in two, and not the cable coming out of the housing. So I need to replace the whole machanism & cable I believe as it's one part.

can someone tell me if it's a case of just pulling out the cable & pushing in the new one or is there more to it.
