I can't find this anywhere, but my ASAP report [thanks CarterMD] says that my car has the "lights package." I know it does NOT refer to my headlights because those are NOT the LED xenon lights. And I don't have the rear fog lamp, nor front ones.

I dunno what that is.

My interior door handles and the compartment under the AC stack, in front of the console, have orange LED lighting, the same color as the dash lights.

Is that what is the "Lights Package" and is this what some members are referring in the newer models as having "ambient lighting?"

P.s. I can take of pic of that lighting in action, if anyone is interested to see what it looks like. Of course, if all MINIs have this, then never mind.

 

I think you are right about that being the lights package. Older MINIs do not have that lighting. It started with the 05's, I do believe.
