Every 3,000-5,000 miles, Mobil 1 5W30. Also before long trips out of state. I prefer standing and watching my local oil change service do the work since they keep and dispose of the old oil. Did have to replace the O-ring once though when a leak developed.

 

about to make my first change at 5k just because I want to and will do it myself
