will the owners lounge off me more information as my Mini moves along? right now all it says is that little CG is scheduled for production......once production begins will I see more detailed information? On the list after scheduled for production is awaiting transport.....I hope they offer some info in between these points

 

just don't sweat it and wait for the call. Much less stressfull. I never once looked into any of that stuff, and when the call did come, it was much earlier than I'd thought it would be, a very plesant surprise!

While in production you can call the toll free number listed in the thread in the First Gear Forum on How To Track You Mini.

I called several times during the week of production. Example: Mine started production 7/07/07 but was in the paint shop Friday 7/13/07 (Friday the 13th ).

 

If you'd never called, you'd never have had to post the "" face!

So wait....this car is in production for just one week ?? That's all it takes to build a car? I guess i am not in that week yet since its says scheduled and not started....

Ok - regardless.....back to the original question - will the web site offer more details? like the date its scheduled to be produced? I now know I can call the 800 # -- but I am curious of the web site.

 

I called Ask Mini and the automated system said that Lil'cg is in the paint shop and will be done there on Monday.
