Today, I saw an R50, that's right, a Cooper, in the dark silver that I had thought was only available on the S. This particular Cooper had a white top. This was in Brooklyn, on Eastern Pkwy, at about 3:40PM.

There was a post of a DS Cooper on MINI2...it escaped the factory miss painted, with no one batting an eyebrow.

 

Damn - I would have loved to get my Cooper in DS.

 

ISnt DS avaliable on all cars in europe, just like EB?

 

No, DS has only been offered on the MCS worldwide. EB (Electric Blue) was offered in Cooper models sold in Europe, Canada and Mexico. It was never offered in the USA.

When we went to Vancouver, BC 2 years ago, I saw a gorgeous EB/W Cooper. I may still have the photo of it in my files.
