I just picked up my MCS today. Mini OL was still open in my computers browser from yesterday, so I hit refresh just to see what it said. It has an estimated delivery of tomorrow and its still at the Distrobution Center.

I'M SO HAPPY!!! I think all 35+ people that work in our building came out front when I got it. Then several people that are walking by (since I work at a University) stopped to look. Next thing you know, theres about all these people standing around my Mini, hopping in it checking it out. I think it was a the first time most people had seen a car with a NAV unit. I walked inside afterward and the head of our department was joking about needing to call the police to disperse the crowd.

God, I am in love with it - and its hard to say under the terms of the breakin period....at 22 miles, I'm going around this turn, run it to 4K in 2nd, shift...into 1st. gear OHH *****, clutch as soon as possible (right at the redline). Whoops....its definatly been 5 years since I've driven a stick....I'm sure the car is fine, otherwise that MCS that the dealer loaned me for the night (test drive) with 300 miles would be toast :smile:
