on the R53 mini cooper or S whatever, anyway i own a 2004 MCS and when i was unlocking the door i held the toggle switch up and with doing so the sunroof pops up like a vent and the windows roll down equal lengths until you let go of the switch.

just wanted to bring it up if any one didn't know that

 

That is a setting you can have the dealer turn on or off

I have mine set to close all the windows & sunroof when I lock the car with the key and hold it in the lock position.

saves time

Yeah, it's a programming option that you have to set. The default is "off", so if you want it, you have to request it....

 

Do you have to manually use the key or the remote?
I didn't know that it was a option when locking the car, I will check into that, I know that when you are unlocking the doors, if you hold the unlock button down for I think 10 sec. then it will roll all the windows down and open the sunroof,
