Cowling replacement how-to?

I bought a replacement cowling for my right rear wheel well. The plastic arc that goes over the wheel well. It has snap in plugs. Any tips on how to remove the old & pop in the new one?

Unscrew them with a phillips screwdriver, then pull the plastic rivet straight out of the hole.
