CLASSIC MINI

I drove my 2006 MC to the R56 press event. Before heading out of town on my way home to Los Angeles, I dropped Gabe off at the airport. When we first climbed back into my car, we both agreed that the R50/R53's were now classics with thier place in automotive history secure.

Along those lines, the thought occured to me on the drive back that the R50/R53 could now be referred to as a CLASSIC MINI (all caps).

Just a thought.

I'm all for it Dave, but the guys & gals with classic Mini's might get hacked off at us. The R53 is made no more so I guess it is on its way to CLASSIC MINI status.
