Palo Uber customer service STINKS!
I've been dealing with Palo Uber over some issues that I won't go into (yet). I have placed at least a dozen calls to their office and HAVE NEVER HAD A REAL PERSON ANSWER THE PHONE! It's ALWAYS their answering machine. They almost NEVER return calls. I'm trying real hard to give them a chance to solve an issue I'm having right now but they're making very difficult to remain a customer. More later.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience. I recently bought some rims from them and I had just the opposite experience. I did occasionally get their voice Mail. However, if they weren't in the office and I left a vm, they called me quickly after. Of course, I was giving them money.
But even after that, I received good customer service from them.
Try and give Bryce a call there. He seemed to be really Customer Service oriented and helped me out a lot during and after our transaction.

The issue between me and Palo Uber is being worked out, however...I stand by my original post. They need to answer their busness line. Having a machine answering calls is bad for business. Bryce is a very polite person, very friendly, but when I call a company 15 times in a period of over a month and half and NEVER get a live person to answer the phone...that's a problem.
