Longcuts

Anyone besides me finding yourself taking the long way around to get somewhere? Just because it is so much fun to do?

Heck yeah! I do it all the time - I only have about a 2 mile commute to work, so I need more drive time.

i have a 7 minute comute to work. I find myself getting up earlier to take the long way everyday . A spirited drive to get back to work after lunch makes me happy to go back

Damn this makes me feel beter!

My commute is the same, so I take this "alternate route" with much less traffic, and lots of turns. It turns my 5 min trip into about 12.

Sounds perfect! I'm still trying to find better, even longer routes to work. It's lots more fun to drive, and I get a bit more time with NPR in the mornings.
