I ordered a BRG MCS from Niello a couple of months ago when I decided I liked the "british design but german quality" version of the Mini. I have been following it mostly on MiniUSA although was tracking the ship it was on as it headed to Port Hueneme.

The ship (Don Juan) was scheduled to arrive on Nov 29. The ship came and went. WW says the car was offloaded but MiniUSA continues to say it was en route. Since I am a little paranoid about the card being damaged en route I decided to check 866 Ask-Mini and they are saying the car is waiting for transport in England.

Huh?

I will call Niello tomorrow but anybody seen this before?

 

Hi, i am waiting for mine as well, it was on the TOMBARRA and it should already be at VDC, i checked on the MINI site and it says en route, i checked on the WW site and my MINI was unloaded already. When i call ASK MINI the operator tells me that it's waiting for a shipping vessel

I asked to talk to a real person on the phone, but he told me that i should call my MA to ask about where it is, since it is already here in CA. So, i think the site is pretty slow. you should try calling ASKMINI and talking to a real person. They might know more.

But i'm sure your dealer will know too.
