Wanting an 05 or 06 Cooper S soon

Well The pain of Selling my 02 Cooper over 2.5 years ago is still great and the only way to ease it is to buy a Cooper S again. Now I have to sell my present car first. It is a 2004 Ford Focus SVT 5 door with Every option.

My Question is if I sell my Focus now should I buy a Cooper S now??? Or wait and hope there are more S's availible when the New r56's start arriving by the summer????

P.s. I am looking to spend no more than $21,000 for a car. The only Options i really want are DSC, cold weather, and pleather seats. If i am lucky a limited slip woudl be awesoem too. Call me crazy but i have been doing allot of research and seen plenty of 05's in that range. Milegage does no scare me as my 02 had 40k miles after slighty over a year of me owning it.

P.s.s. I am not afriad to travel to either cost to get a car I want.

Questions, Comments or a slap of reality appreciated.

Well, over the past 6 months I have seen numerous cars posted here on NAM in the Marketplace that seem to fit your price range...

If you have the flexibility to sell your current car once you've found the Mini you want, you might want to wait until the right one comes along. Of course, if you need to sell your's first, then you won't have that flexibility.

While I'm very happy with my MCS, I drool over just about every car posted in the Marketplace....

BTW, I'd be very surprised if there are a tremendous number of '05 or '06 MCS freed up this summer. Come 2008, that may change, but I doubt if many folks will drop a 1-2 year old car in favor of a new first generation model year car (there will be some)...

Welcome back to Mini-land and good luck
